Job Description Job Description Part-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery This role is for a part-time Registered Nurse working night shifts, focusing on labor, delivery, postpartum, nursery, and GYN surgical patient care. The position requires delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring patient confidentiality while adhering to both professional and organizational standards. Applicants must possess a valid RN license, relevant certifications, and ideally have at least one year of experience in labor and delivery nursing. Discover your purpose with us! Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. Maintains accountability for the care provided to assigned patients and assesses the effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Performs responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Details: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: Experienced Nurses: $13,000 Labor/Delivery/Nursery RN Hours: 24 hours per week, Night shifts Location: Our facility in Festus, MO 63028 * Preference for candidates with 1 years of Labor and Delivery experience * Our unit encompasses labor, delivery, postpartum, well newborns, and a level II special care nursery. Additionally, we provide care for GYN surgical patients. Nurses are expected to adapt fluidly to various patient populations. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, including meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why Join Us?
