Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center, dedicated to wellness and
committed to serving underserved communities, is seeking a Clinical
Lab Scientist to join our Laboratory Services department. As a key
member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for
conducting routine laboratory tests crucial for clinical diagnoses.
You will ensure all lab work adheres to compliance and quality
control standards, maintaining detailed records of test results and
laboratory procedures in alignment with Good Samaritan's
mission-driven focus on compassion and community engagement. Your
role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to
accurately interpret lab results and support patient care. In
addition, you will supervise and train junior lab technicians and
continuously work towards enhancing laboratory techniques and
methodologies. This position offers the opportunity for

emphasizes meaningful patient outcomes and community health.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a BA/BS in a
related field, and a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License.
Experience in laboratory information systems and quality assurance
