The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement AI models that improve our customer's experience across various digital platforms. By leveraging vast datasets and the latest in machine learning and natural language processing technologies, you will drive initiatives that increase efficiency, personalize customer interactions, and contribute to Walmarts position as a leader in retail technology innovation. Design, build, and maintain AI models focused on natural language processing and machine learning to improve conversational interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and integrate AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and automate responses. Conduct advanced data analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences to tailor conversational AI applications. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and NLP to ensure Walmart maintains a competitive edge. Lead projects from conception to deployment, including gathering requirements, prototyping, testing, and rolling out solutions to a large-scale environment. Evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and innovations. Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar scripting languages. Proficiency with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Experience in natural language processing, machine learning, statistical analysis, and modeling techniques. Ability to work with large data sets and familiarity with data querying tools like SQL, BigQuery, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
