Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
and expand customer base in the automotive sector. Lead and mentor
a sales team; set performance metrics and evaluate productivity.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing
strategic opportunities. Market research to understand industry
trends and competitive landscapes. Report on forces that shift
tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Collaborate
with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure company sales
goals are met. Proven ability in sales leadership and managing a
high-performance sales team. Strong understanding of automotive
sales processes and market specifics. Excellent negotiation and
communication skills. Ability to develop strategic sales plans and
analyses market trends. Proficiency in CRM software and sales
