Job Description:
Sleep Medicine opportunity with a multi-specialty private
practice in the Bay Area. They have 11 offices ranging from San
Francisco up to Sacramento and even one office in Redding. If you
are interested in SF to Sacramento there will be a location of
interest for you. Salary or production based pay model (your
choice) without buy-in requirements. Their staff is diverse and
focused and centered on patients. Salary up to $275,000. Sign on
bonus and relocation provided. After first year providers can stay
W2 or move to 1099 productivity model which is a 60/40 split (their
choice). Options exist for either W2 or 1099 employment. Epic EMR.
Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / No weekends Compensation ranges from
50-90% MGMA for total earnings. Payor mix is mostly Medicare and
Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay. Paid Malpractice
with Tail Coverage provided. Additional pay for supervising
APPs.
