Schedule meetings or showroom events with clients/potential
clients
Efficiently maintain a high level of account management and
follow-ups
Expand the contact database in the Relationship Management (RM)
system, adding new contacts post initial outreach in addition, to
track and report on lead activity and sales progress.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
High School Diploma: Associates preferred
3-5 years of proven success in a sales role, demonstrating a track
record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong research, communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and various prospecting tools
to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
Ability to develop new business by cold calling/networking
Familiar with commercial space plans and drawings is a PLUS.
Current and Valid Driver's License.
