DescriptionKey Responsibilities of a Commercial Construction Project Engineer - Sacramento, CA

• Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealingwith staff, projects and proprietary information.
• Initial activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including, but not limitedto, submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings,miscellaneous metal drawings.
• Manufacturing-related activities pertaining to the Production Phase,including, but not limited to providing complete shop drawings, ensuringpurchase of all required materials, maintaining a casting schedule andperforming quality checks.
• Field-related activities pertaining to the Erection Phase, including, but notlimited to preparing crane studies, rigging diagrams, coordinatingshipping and field manpower requirements. Coordinate on-site fieldoperations to ensure erection quality and performance to plan andbudget.
• General project management including, but not limited to issueidentification and resolution, coordinating requested proceduresubmittals, escalating issues as necessary, and monitoring contractspecifications, budget, and time commitments.ProfileA Successful Commercial Construction Project Engineer - Sacramento, CA
