Job Description:
OverviewSBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that
can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor
Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and
orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with
the customers to make sure their expectations are met is
essential.Responsibilities* Vacuuming* Mopping* Bonneting*
Extraction (wet/dry)* Strip & wax floor* Carpet spot removal*
Transport equipment, tools and supplies* Move furniture
before/after clean * Communicate changes, progress or problem
areasQualifications* Experience in the janitorial industry
required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred* A drug test
will be required* US Birth Certificate or US Passport requiredShift
(Days/Hours): Sunday - Thursday; 9:00 pm-5:30 amCompensation: The
pay rate for this position is $13.75 per hour.
