This role is pivotal in defining how the company collaborates with customers, understands their pain points, and delivers innovative solutions leveraging artificial intelligence. Ideal candidates will have a blend of entrepreneurial drive, technical expertise, customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving large-scale problems with cutting-edge AI technology.Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team to ensure products and features align with customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with customers to deploy solutions and optimize workflows, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of scalable AI-driven solutions by providing feedback to engineering and product teams.Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant positions (e.g., founder, go-to-market strategist, finance/consulting professional, deployed engineer, engagement manager, or similar roles).
  • Technical background with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Proven markers of excellence, such as experience with top-tier institutions or organizations, rapid career progression, academic awards, or notable achievements.
  • Undergraduate degree from a top 20 university.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, or exceptional customer engagement skills in lieu of direct experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, 5 days a week.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a founder or member of a founding team.
