banking and the communities that need it most.About the RoleOur
first EA at Nclusion will play a critical role in building out the
executive support function as we scale. They will support the CEO,
CTO, and COO, ensuring they can focus on strategic initiatives,
investor relations, and company growth. This person will manage
personal & professional schedules that may include weekly
calendars, inboxes of all varieties, and travel logistics.This role
will require someone who seeks clarity in chaos, is highly
organized, and is comfortable navigating the fast-moving world of a
startup operating across multiple countries. They will act as a
trusted partner to the executive team, interfacing with investors,
government officials, partners, and internal teams. This role is 5
days a week in the office in Palo Alto.Responsibilities
- Provide Executive Support & Calendar Management - Optimize
C-suite schedules & logistics across internal & external partners;
track & align high-priority initiatives and communicate with impact
& brevity.
- Foster Strategic & Interpersonal Connectivity - Connect
executives to their teams and stakeholders, government entities,
investors, and the board; plan & execute offsites, summits, and
operational reviews.
- Strengthen Crossfunctional Processes & Relationships - Draft,
review, and manage executive-level communications for all
audiences; support executive hiring in addition to future expansion
of the EA team.Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting
C-level leadership in a global company.
- An aptitude for time-management across multiple concurrent
workstreams and varied locations & time zones.
- A track record of effective optimization and prioritization for
themselves and their colleagues.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of information related
to the company and its employees.
- Proficiency with productivity & communication tools - G-Suite,
Slack, and Notion are examples that we use today.Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in a fintech startup or company focused on emerging
markets.
- Familiarity with international business operations,
particularly in developing countries.
- Experience supporting executives through fundraising, investor
relations, and board management.
- Knowledge of banking, financial services, or regulatory
environments in emerging markets.
- Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.$150,000 - $180,000 a
