We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Elk Grove, California office. A qualified applicant will have:

• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Management experience
• Customer service experience
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Ability -to resolve conflicts and issues.
• Must have outbound calling Experience
  Job duties include:
  --- Schedule and confirm appointments
  --- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
  --- Customer Service
  --- Manage sales reps schedules
