Paradise Doggie Daycare is the #1 rated Pet care facility in Amador County. We are seeking new employees to join our team.


We are a family run business and treat our employees as such. This can be an extremely rewarding job. Paradise also rescues and re-homes Coonhounds and Bloodhounds in need for ABTCR.


Duties include helping customers, leash walking, answering phones, managing files, invoicing, running the POS and handling cash, and LOTS of cleaning.


This is an extremely physically intense job with lots of bending, kneeling and walking. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.


Hourly Compensation: *$15.50 per Hour or more Depending on Experience*

*Front Desk Associate:* Be part of our team that provides high quality customer service.


Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Must have passion and love for all canines.

* Must have an upbeat personality with excellent people skills.

* Great multi-tasking abilities.

* You must be comfortable handling all sizes and breeds of dogs.

* Cleaning and sanitizing front offices.

* Interacting with Pet Parents when dropping off or picking up their pets

* Must be comfortable working on a computer

* Managing customers dogs paperwork

* Being on your feet for long periods of time.

* Safely and effectively handling of the dogs.


*Education and/or Experience:*


* Must be comfortable handling and being around all dog sizes.

* High School Diploma


*Ideal Candidates:*


* Dependable and flexible

* Able and willing to work on weekends and major holidays

* Able and willing to work as early as 5:00AM or as late as 10:00PM

* Dog Lover/ Pet lover

* Must have a positive attitude

* Not allergic to dogs, cats or any cleaning products

* Not sensitive to loud noises

* Have some knowledge or experience about dogs

* Able and willing to conduct physically demanding tasks, including lots of walking and being on your feet most of the day

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
