The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional will collaborate with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual member's treatment program. The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional will develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness. The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional will participate in staff conferences to select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs. - The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional in integrated health care provides integrated mental and behavioral health services in primary care and other health care settings. - The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional will apply knowledge gained from the research literature, doctoral and post doctoral training, professional networking, and program site collaboration / consultation to identify and provide effective service delivery models for treating patients in an integrated health care setting.The -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide attention directed to offering individual and group psychotherapy to patients served in the Rural Health Clinic. - The ideal candidate for -Adolescence Licensed Mental Health Professional should have Licensed Clinical Social Worker, -Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or -Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with current valid license to practice psychology in the State of California. - Experience with a variety of diagnosis; children and teens; and crisis situation. - Join this reputable hospital and be part of an incredible community of dedicated professionals who share the same passion!
