The Lead Customer Service Representative is responsible for
enhancing the customer experience through highly accurate
transaction processing while knowledgeably and courteously
answering customer questions regarding banking services. Follows
bank policies and procedures and adheres to applicable government
regulations. Performs a variety of account maintenance duties and
may open new accounts. Balances each day's transactions and
verifies cash totals. Attention to detail, accuracy and
adaptability are essential.
Previous lead teller / senior teller / teller supervisor experience
- typically achieved after 3 or more years of cash handling and
customer service experience in bank environment.
New accounts experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking products as well as operations
and security policies, practices and procedures.
Ability to accurately process bank transactions and perform basic
