San Francisco, United States - Hybrid/Remote About the Role As
the Product Manager, Growth, you will take the lead in shaping and
executing user acquisition strategies, leveraging data-driven
insights to broaden the company's reach and increase conversion to
active and loyal subscribers. You will lead a dynamic,
cross-functional team in developing and implementing strategies to
introduce our solutions and services. If you're driven by

have a strong track record of exceeding user acquisition targets,
this role is perfect for you. What You'll do ?????? Guide a
high-performing, cross-functional team with clear objectives,
ensuring strong collaboration and accountability. Develop and
execute bold user acquisition strategies to drive rapid growth.
Continuously improve key user touchpoints to maximize conversion
rates and overall funnel performance. Analyze user behavior and
funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities and refine
strategies. Implement rigorous A/B testing to enhance conversion
rates and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with marketing
teams to align and strengthen user acquisition efforts. Own and
develop a results-oriented product roadmap focused on growth
initiatives. Set ambitious KPIs and diligently track progress to
ensure goals are met. Leverage data-driven insights to guide
product decisions and optimize the user experience. Keep up with
industry trends and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive
edge in user acquisition. Communicate compelling growth strategies
and outcomes to leadership, driving ongoing alignment and support.
Qualifications: ?? ????? 5 years of experience in growth and
product management within consumer tech, with a proven track record
of driving user growth. Expertise in leading high-impact
acquisition campaigns and utilizing growth tools to achieve
measurable results. Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven
approach to solving complex problems and optimizing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, align
stakeholders, and drive product strategy. Ability to direct UI/UX
designer for optimal user experience Results-oriented with
excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a
focus on exceeding targets.
