Responsibilities Integration Development & Architecture ? Design,
develop, and maintain complex integration recipes on the Workato
platform ? Architect scalable, enterprise-grade integration
solutions across multiple systems and applications ? Build and
optimize AI-powered automation workflows using Workato Genie ?
Develop and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to extend
AI agent capabilities ? Implement Intelligent Document Processing
(IDP) solutions for automated data extraction and processing AI &
Automation Innovation ? Design and engineer sophisticated prompts
for AI agents to optimize automation outcomes ? Build AI Skills and
train Genie agents for business process automation ? Integrate
AI/ML capabilities into workflow automation ? Continuously evaluate
and implement emerging AI technologies within the Workato ecosystem
Platform Management & Governance ? Administer and maintain Workato
platform environments (development, staging, production) ? Deploy
and manage Workato On-Premises Agents (OPA) for secure connectivity
to internal systems ? Configure private links and secure tunneling
for behind-firewall integrations ? Establish best practices for
recipe development, version control, and deployment ? Monitor
platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource
utilization API & Data Integration ? Design and implement RESTful
and SOAP API integrations ? Manage API lifecycle including design,
documentation, security, and versioning ? Configure and maintain
SFTP connections for secure file transfers ? Develop custom
connectors and API endpoints as needed Collaboration & Leadership ?
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members ?
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and
translate them into technical solutions ? Document technical
designs, integration patterns, and operational procedures ?
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development
standards Required Qualifications Workato Platform Expertise ? 6
years of hands-on experience with the Workato integration platform
? 4 years of Workato Administration experience ? Strong expertise
in recipe development, including complex branching logic, error
handling, and optimization ? Proven track record of delivering
enterprise-scale integration projects AI & Advanced Technologies ?
2 years building AI Agents using Workato Genie with AI Skills ? 2
years of Prompt Engineering experience with demonstrable results ?
2 years implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
solutions ? 1 year developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
? Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in
automation Integration & API Skills ? 5 years of API development
and API management experience ? 5 years working with SFTP protocols
and secure file transfer solutions ? 2 years deploying and managing
Workato On-Premises Agents (OPA), including private link
configurations ? Strong understanding of authentication protocols
(OAuth, SAML, JWT, API Keys) ? Experience with various data formats
(JSON, XML, CSV, EDI) Technical Competencies ? Proficiency in
scripting languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript) ? Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ? Knowledge of database systems
(SQL and NoSQL) ? Understanding of enterprise application
ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) ?
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Soft Skills ?
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities ? Strong
communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders ? Self-motivated with ability to work
