Job Description:
Intrinsic is an AI robotics group at Google aiming to reimagine

robotics. Role The People team aims to continuously deliver
Intrinsic's core People services with security, quality,
consistency, and empathy. We design programs and processes from a
user-first mindset with a bias for simplicity to make working at
Intrinsic an enjoyable and rewarding experience. In this role,
you'll lead the Recruiting Programs and Operations function, whose
goal is to support and enable our Recruiting team to attract
world-class talent. To accomplish this, you'll design, build,
improve, and maintain the best-in-class infrastructure, processes,
and programs needed to identify, assess, and hire the right talent.
You will have an opportunity to define the strategy that will lead
Intrinsic into the future and then execute on that strategy to help
scale the business. How your work moves the mission forward Lead
Operationally Excellent Recruiting Operations - Ensure our
recruiting engine runs smoothly for candidates, recruiters, hiring
managers, and interviewers. Set goals and KPIs, drive continuous
process improvement, implement robust knowledge management, and
ensure we learn from each mistake or unexpected situation. Deliver
Effective Student Programs - Manage our intern and other student
programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the company.
Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand requirements
and develop scalable solutions. Develop Intrinsic's Employer Brand
- Develop values, norms, guidelines, and communication templates to
help Intrinsic make a strong first impression on candidates and
make the most of each interaction. More broadly, help candidates
understand what it's like to work at Intrinsic's (hint: it's
great!), and help potential candidates to become aware of us as a
highly desirable employer. Improve our Infrastructure - Optimize
our Applicant Tracking System and supporting infrastructure.
Utilize the latest technologies to enable the team to focus their
energies on high-leverage opportunities. Identify opportunities for
consolidation or integration. Manage vendor relationships and
contract negotiations. Own Recruiting Compliance - Ensure that
every candidate is ready-to-hire at time of offer and
ready-to-start before their first day. For each candidate, confirm
that all offer and compensation details are correct, a background
check has been adjudicated, they have a right to work in the
country, and more. Liaise with Intrinsic Legal to uphold standards
and implement necessary regulatory initiatives and requirements.
Report our Progress - Work with recruiting leadership to develop
regular reporting on our top KPIs. Ensure accuracy by monitoring
data integrity in all Recruiting systems. Use this data to make
recommendations for improvement. Skills you will need to be
successful 8 years of experience in a Recruiting Operations
environment. Mission-first, user-first attitude and approach. Clear
and direct communication. Ability to manage complex projects across
multiple functions. Ability to influence and drive results across
all levels of the organization. Analytical skills (in Google Sheets
or similar) that will allow you to independently run operations,
turn data into insights, and separate signal from noise.
Well-organized with high attention to detail, ensuring critical
employee data is always correct. Skills that will differentiate
your candidacy Knowledge of hiring norms and regulations across the
United States, Germany, Singapore, and Switzerland. More advanced
analytical skills (in SQL or similar) that enable you to connect
backend employee data and build dashboards and automated reporting.
Familiarity with best-in-class tools, vendors, and partners across
the Recruiting space. In addition to the salary range below, this
full-time position is eligible for bonus equity benefits. Your
recruiter will share more about the specific salary range bonus
equity for your targeted location and role during the hiring
process. Salary Range $176,280 - $192,100 USD At Intrinsic, we are
