We offer a powerful blend of skills and expertise that reduce the cost and risk of deployments.As part of our business development, we are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. He will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities and threats across digital environments, as well as implementing and managing security solutions.Main responsibilities- Designing, implementing, and managing security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
- Continuously monitoring for security breaches, responding to incidents, investigating threats, and minimizing the impact of security incidents.
- Regularly conducting vulnerability assessments, identifying weaknesses in systems or software, and applying patches or security updates to protect the network and systems from exploitation.
- Assessing potential risks to the enterprise's assets, including identifying and evaluating vulnerabilities and determining the likelihood and impact of various threats.
- Collaborating with various teams to maintain secure infrastructures and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring that the enterprise adheres to cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations.
- Regularly improve security measures to stay ahead of new threats and protect systems and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring proper documentation for security measures, policies, processes, and procedures.Job requirementsProfile- Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)Technical skills- Experience in a cybersecurity-related role in enterprise network environment.
- Professional Security certification with equivalent security experience
- Experience and working knowledge of the following platforms:
- Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point)
- Web Proxies (e.g. Prisma Access, BlueCoat, Zscaler)
- Routers and switches (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Nokia)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VOIP, VPN, Firewall, routing, and switching.
- Experience with infrastructure security in cloud environments. Azure, GCP and AWS Services Knowledge would be an asset
- Good understanding of security principles, guidelines and international standards such as ISO, ISMS, or NISTSoft skills- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Passionate about technology and continuously seeking new knowledge and skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
