Arc Management is seeking the best and brightest entry-level professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in our leadership development program designed to accelerate and groom entry-level talent for management roles in our firm. The Customer Service Representative will be exposed to a dynamic blend of leadership development, management strategy, and customer knowledge. • Be comfortable in an empowerment-focused company culture and not require micro-management style leadership
• Willing to follow a proven training and employee support program to learn as much as possible and suggest process improvements in the future
• Some experience in customer service, sales, and leadership (formal or informal roles) is a major plus
• Natural leadership ability paired with accountability Overview of the Customer Service Representative: As a customer-focused firm, you will learn firsthand what it means to be the front line of representation for clientele. You will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to train and manage a team by leading from the front.
  • In this role, you will be coached and trained on how to be responsible to oversee all the representatives in your district and coordinate business development and sales efforts to achieve monthly targets.
  • In order to be successful, you will be trained in every position leading up to management to ensure an in-depth understanding of each department and business functionality. This will include the basic functions of the role as well as how to properly identify and recruit talent for those positions in the future.
  • Become a master at customer service, the foundation of any company. The candidate must be an expert communicator and have a solid foundation of customer service and sales expertise.
