Pay: $3,000 to $3,200 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $75.00 - $80.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking
for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of health
professionals in providing excellent health care in our facility.
Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to help them
with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn about
their current condition and assess their patient evaluations in
order to develop proper treatment plans. Responsibilities: Perform
thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and
develop personalized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy
interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional
abilities. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic
exercises, safe movement techniques, and home modifications.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including occupational
therapists, nurses, and physicians, to coordinate care and optimize
patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment
plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress
notes, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies.
Ensure that care plans align with regulatory requirements and best
practices in physical therapy. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year
experience Required, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in
Physical Therapy from an accredited program, BLS Certification,
