Role includes a combination of evaluations and revisits, with an average of four visits per day. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and revisits, averaging four visits per day. Chart patient information using the Cerner system. Ensure personal timesheets with mileage are approved and submitted correctly. Requirements: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required. Required certifications: BLS and NPI . Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. CA OT license required. Two supervisor references needed; one within the past 12 months.
