Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 quarterly
performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Generous Time Off:

Effects As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll
lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children
with autism. Your daily impact includes: Managing & Supervising
Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA
service delivery. Conducting Assessments & Planning: Perform
functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment
goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower
families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Team
Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other
professionals to integrate holistic care for clients. This BCBA

of non-compete clauses. Qualifications for BCBA Candidates We're
seeking dedicated BCBAs who align with our mission. Must-haves
include: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),
Psychology, or a related field. Active BCBA Certification from the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Strong passion for
working with children and families affected by autism spectrum
disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for
