Community Health Practice Location: Oakland, California Employment
Type: Full-Time | Employed Position | Outpatient Only Join a
community-focused outpatient pediatric practice serving Oakland and
surrounding East Bay communities. This role offers the stability of
an employed position, a consistent patient panel, and a
collaborative clinic environment. Position Overview The
Pediatrician will deliver full-scope outpatient pediatrics,
including preventive care, sick visits, immunizations, chronic
disease management, and developmental health services for patients
from birth through adolescence. Key Responsibilities Provide
outpatient pediatric primary care for ages 0–19 Perform well-child
exams, screenings, and immunizations Diagnose and treat acute
pediatric conditions Manage chronic conditions and coordinate
specialty care Provide education and guidance to families Maintain
timely, accurate EMR documentation Practice Highlights
Outpatient-only pediatric setting Established patient base with
ongoing demand Supportive clinical and administrative teams
Emphasis on continuity, access, and patient experience Team-based
approach to pediatric primary care Compensation & Benefits
(California Pay Transparency Compliant) Compensation range: $260k
annually , based on experience and scope Health, dental, vision,
and retirement benefits Malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid
time off Candidate Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Pediatrics Eligible for California medical licensure
DEA registration (or eligibility) Community health or underserved
