Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Travel Occupational Therapist in California’s Willows,
where your expertise will empower patients to regain independence
and reclaim daily life. In this role, you’ll apply evidence?based
occupational therapy across diverse clinical settings, partnering
with dedicated clinicians to craft personalized plans that address
physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges. Imagine the impact you
can make—from supporting adults in regaining independence with
daily activities to guiding children and families through
meaningful participation in school, play, and community life. Your
work will be guided by compassion, clinical excellence, and a
patient?centered approach, delivering measurable improvements in
function and quality of life. California’s vibrant landscapes
provide a backdrop for professional purpose and personal renewal,
from the majestic Sierra Nevada and redwood groves to sunlit
coastlines and scenic farmland—an inspiring setting to sustain your
energy and commitment. Location benefits begin with Willows’
welcoming community and the robust support network our team
provides to travelers. You’ll enjoy a setting that values work?life
balance, with structured assignments designed to maximize clinical
impact while offering predictable hours. Willows sits in a
convenient hub for exploration, yet remains a gateway to broader
opportunities across the U.S. as you participate in a travel
program that exposes you to a spectrum of practice environments.
This role also opens the door to working in multiple locations
nationwide, expanding your professional footprint and enriching
your OT toolkit through exposure to diverse patient populations,
regulatory landscapes, and interdisciplinary collaboration. As part
of our travel program, you’ll receive 24/7 support from a dedicated
team, ensuring seamless logistics, clinical guidance, and
troubleshooting wherever your assignments take you. We understand
that the journey matters as much as the care you provide, and we’re
invested in making every step smoother, from housing options to
travel arrangements and ongoing mentorship. In this position, the
responsibilities and opportunities for growth are aligned to
elevate your clinical practice and your career trajectory. Your
day?to?day duties will include performing comprehensive OT
evaluations, interpreting assessment findings, and designing
evidence?based, goal?oriented treatment plans that address
activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive
processing, sensory integration, and fine motor skills. You’ll
implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, adjust plans
as needed, and collaborate with physicians, physical therapists,
speech therapists, social workers, and educators to ensure
cohesive, patient?centered care. You’ll educate patients and
families on home programs, adaptive equipment, safety strategies,
and durable medical equipment use, with a focus on empowering
self?management and long?term success. Documentation will be
precise and timely to support care continuity and regulatory
compliance. The role provides substantial professional growth:
opportunities to pursue specialty certifications, contribute to
program development, lead patient?education initiatives, and mentor
junior staff. Competitive benefits accompany your clinical impact,
including a competitive compensation package, a sign?on or
completion bonus, housing assistance, and the chance to extend your
assignment when desired. With guaranteed hours of 35 per week and a
start date of 02/16/2026, you’ll have a stable foundation while you
explore diverse clinical settings and patient populations. Remember
that the weekly pay ranges from $2,402 to $2,520, reflecting your
qualifications and the responsibilities you’ll undertake. The
program is designed to honor your expertise while offering flexible
extension opportunities that recognize your value and reliability.
Our company values are deeply rooted in empowering staff to grow,
learn, and lead within a supportive ecosystem. You’ll join a
culture that prioritizes professional development, ongoing
education, and clear pathways to progression. We invest in your
success through mentorship from seasoned clinicians, access to
professional development funds, and structured performance feedback
that helps you refine your practice and expand your scope. Beyond
clinical excellence, we foster a collaborative atmosphere where
your voice matters and your well?being is a priority. Our promise
is not only to support you in delivering exceptional patient care
but also to nurture your career aspirations, whether that means
advancing to senior OT roles, pursuing specialized certifications,
or taking on leadership responsibilities within the travel program.
Ready to seize an exciting opportunity to shape the future of
occupational therapy while experiencing the diversity and beauty of
California and the broader U.S.? If you’re a dedicated Occupational
Therapist with a passion for helping patients reclaim independence,
we invite you to apply. This travel role is your invitation to grow
professionally, expand your clinical repertoire, and join a team
that values your contributions and invests in your development.
