Therapist (OT) Location: Elk Grove, CA, 95624 Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30
PM Contract Length: 13 weeks Days: Monday – Friday Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized OT treatment
plans. - Implement interventions to improve daily living and
functional skills. - Monitor and document patient progress
accurately. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for
coordinated care Requirements Active OT license. NBCOT
certification required. Minimum of 1 year of OT experience
