Job Description Responsibilities Patient Assessment and
Diagnosis: - - Conduct comprehensive health assessments. - Diagnose
and treat acute and chronic illnesses. - Order and interpret
diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning and Management: - - Develop
and implement patient care plans. - Prescribe medications and
therapies. - Provide health promotion and disease prevention
education. Collaboration and Consultation: - - Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals. - Consult with physicians and
specialists as needed. - Coordinate patient care across various
settings. Qualifications - - A valid and unrestricted license to
practice in the State of California - Nationally recognized
certification (as determined by Medicare) - Completion of state
mandated educational courses Overview Woodland Clinic Medical Group

Advanced Practice Providers to join our OBGYN team. Interest and
