Description This position will working onsite at our Napa hospice site primarily on weekdays with weekend rotation. This Intake position will be working with the community to ensure timely hospice care is provided. Providence nurses are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a LVN program
• Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 1 year Nursing related work experience, demonstrating a working knowledge of clinical care practices and procedures. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
