Position: Clinical Social Worker - Psychiatric Inpatient Program (PIP) Annual Salary Ranges: $108,108 - $141,600 - Licensed $100,488 - $131,628 - Pre-Licensed *Depending on Experience - be sure to discuss Hire Above Minimum (HAM) options with your Hiring Analyst* Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7. In this role, you will: Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional release Diagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosis Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team Provide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferences Document and evaluate patients' progress in treatment Coordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communities Minimum Qualifications: California licensure (pre-licensed CSWs may be appointed, but will be required to obtain licensure) Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Ensure your and your family's health with full coverage.
