Job Description:
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more
than 500 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking
to add a Physician to our busy Occupational Medicine Department at
our Big Horn Elk Grove Clinic.MMG clinicians provide services to
patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout
Sacramento. Mercy Medical Group is aligned with Dignity Health,
operating on a medical foundation model. Dignity Health is one of
the largest healthcare systems in the nation, and the largest
healthcare system in California, with more than 40 hospitals and
400 care centers serving communities across California, Arizona,
and Nevada.Among the services provided at MMG Occupational Medicine
are the treatment of work-related injuries such as lacerations,
multiple body strains, fractures, acute eye injuries and foreign
bodies, etc. We also provide pre-employment physical examinations,
DOT and Hazmat physical examinations, physician certified MRO
services for employment drug testing, onsite audiometry and
pulmonary function testing, and mask-fit testing. We provide fit
for duty examinations as well as employer requested recommendations
on ergonomics, chemical exposures etc., among additional
services.MMG Occupational Medicine provides evidence-based medical

effective with work related injuries for both prompt return to work
