Always Home Nursing Services, Inc. - At Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., we offer recent graduate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN's) the opportunity to gain experience while participating in an extensive preceptorship training program while doing direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients.

Responsibilities
- Utilizes the Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Perform Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) care which can include, but not limited to enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.
- Provide complete documentation of all care provided.
- The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
