Job Description:

Always Home Nursing Services, Inc. - Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients.

Responsibilities
- Utilizes the Registered Nursing (RN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Perform Registered Nursing (RN) care which can include, but not limited to enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.
- Provide complete documentation of all care provided.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS card
- One-year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
