Orsini Specialty Pharmacy is a nationwide specialty pharmacy

and compassion as part of our service delivery.POSITION
SUMMARYReporting to the SVP, Industry Relations, the VP of
Commercial Operations Leader will help increase sales productivity
through the creation and implementation an innovative and long-term
marketing strategy and sales enablement solutions that meet growth
goals and deliver strong returns on investment. We are looking for
a strong marketer and data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented
individuals who can conceptualize, design, and execute programs
end-to-end to drive new business and retention, particularly in the
biopharma commercialization services and specialty pharmacy
markets.The VP, Commercial Operations will lead a team that focuses
on the following:
- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds brand
awareness, informs our content strategy and generates new business
leads
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate the market and
determine segments with highest growth opportunities across
biopharma and provider specialty therapeutic areas
- Own end-to-end strategy, design, and development of tools /
processes to enable rapid commercial growth - including a scalable
model to draft RFP's and business development customer and pitch
presentations
- Partner with IT to create dashboards/tools which scale our
internal and external interactions, specifically around KPI's and
operational performance
- Redesign our performance management approach to achieve
above-market growth objectives, including improved forecasting
methodology, sales activity tracking and setting sales quotas
- Create a CRM and lead generation strategy that optimizes our
sales efforts
- Develop a market insights tool which leverages our internal
data and creates valuable insights for our current and prospective
customers
- Advocate for improvements to end-to-end system data integrity,
including updates to our workflow and CRM platforms to drive data
hygiene by developing a data quality strategy, running regular
audits, validating and standardizing how data is structured
- Support development of important executive level discussions
with senior executives and board membersREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
& TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, or related field.
- At least eight years of strong marketing, and/or commercial
operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, strategic thinking,
business acumen, decision making, financial management, and driven
by results.
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management,
budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a
dynamic leadership team.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and
commitment to corporate mission.
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous,
fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and
solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and
