Position Summary: This IT Manager role will be responsible for managing a professional Information Technology staff engaged in maintaining security standards as set by the Information Security and SOC Team. This will encompass a wide variety of systems (Windows and Linux), networks and telecommunication infrastructure components to meet business security needs. This position will need to implement and maintain security best practices while coordinating with the local Leadership team, IT teams, DEV and Application teams to complete that work. Ongoing work will also include remediation of items identified in internal/external Audits, PEN Testing, and tickets/alerts from the SOC and security tools. The IT manager will also be responsible from providing monthly metrics and reporting for ongoing Security work and overall security posture. Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned: + Strong understanding of security processes, tools and best practices. + Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Network platforms. + Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects + Strong understanding of firewall rules and ability to audit firewall rules. + Knowledge with Cisco Networking and Palo Alto Firewalls + Working knowledge of Akamai + Working knowledge of tools such as ExtraHop, SolarWinds, Dynatrace + Support the technical managers and software development manager in ensuring security standards are implemented and followed as it relates to supporting, developing, and implementing ongoing solutions for our customers and business. + Work together with Technology management, technology and business areas as required to understand requirements and deliver software solutions and products. + Help team in identifying and managing risks. + Guiding and mentoring IT staff, including technical skills and knowledge development, and soft skills. + Work with other Technology management and architecture team members to define future infrastructure as it relates to the software product vision + Create and enforce service level agreements for IT support, support policies, and change management processes. + Work with other departmental management to define infrastructure as it relates to future business needs. + Assist in costing ARS' + Active participant in hardware and software product selection and hardware and software vendor management. + Develop and maintain a high-level of expertise in new trends and tools + Attend executive staff meetings and be prepared to report on SLAs, critical projects, + Write performance reviews for IT staff. + This position has direct reports. Position Requirements: + Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent experience in the Computer Science or related field. + Three to five years' experience with project management, personnel management, management of corporate systems. + In-depth technical proficiency in analysis and design of multiple OS environments, platforms, and technologies or an equivalent combination of education/experience required. + Extensive knowledge of current best practices around security, and high availability environments. + Knowledge of cloud architecture in GCP, AWS or Azure. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred. + Knowledge of devOps as it relates to infrastructure is preferred. + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Salary Range: $107,000 - $187,000 AutoZone, and its subsidiary, ALLDATA are equal opportunity employers.
