The Facilities Manager is part of the restaurant management team and works within the team to ensure the restaurant and equipment is working as expected.The Facilities Managers responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Complete bi-weekly preventative maintenance tasks
• Calibrate equipment
• Replace filters and gaskets
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units
• Clean and maintain condensers
• Replace belts
• Inspect bulk CO2 and Coke tanks
• Manage operations and cleaning supplies
