    • Create weekly actionable financial reports
    • Liaison with our bookkeeper and accountant for regular functions such as AR, AP, etc
    • Handle payroll and human resources
    • Onboarding new staff
    • Budgeting and approving purchases
    • IT /outsourced IT
    • Primary owner of our financial accounts (Quickbooks and A/R functions in Opus1The typical day for our programs manager would involve making sure that we are collecting and paying all accounts in a timely manner, and then helping to make projections and decisions to help our school grow and remain profitable. The administrative manager would also serve our staff by making sure they have access to the tools they need at work and adhere to our expectations of how to behave at work. This role helps our workplace remain a healthy place to work and ensure that our "numbers" are in line to help us reach our goals to change lives through music.Roles reporting to the administrative manager:BookkeeperOur budget for this role is $1500-$2000 per month and we expect it would require 15-25 hours per week, so compensation is negotiable within that range.
