PLP 2020 requires that each full-time employee receive a 9.23 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 16 hours PLP 2020 leave credits monthly through June 2022. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Under the general direction of the Statewide Chief Nurse Executive, the Associate Director, Nursing Operations Support is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and policy recommendations for the establishment and monitoring of clinical nursing care delivery standards, staffing guidelines, and program enhancement. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and directing administrative and support services for the program. The incumbent provides innovative clinical policy and program development, implementation, and monitoring, and administration services to the Nursing Operations Program. Working Conditions Located less than 30 minutes from Sacramento and about 30 minutes from Lodi, the progressive city of Elk Grove has great mix of newly developed housing, business projects and recreational opportunities.
