solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create
opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the
globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your
technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan
requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and
communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the
company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the
technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As the
Supply Strategy and Portfolio Planning Tech Lead, you will be a
strategic architect for Google’s global infrastructure, bridging
the gap between hardware evolution (AI/ML chips and workloads) and
physical data center capacity. You will lead high-impact,
cross-functional initiatives to evaluate supply opportunities and
drive the long-term investment strategy for land, power, and space.
By translating complex technical analyses into actionable
justifications for executive leadership, you will ensure our
infrastructure portfolio remains resilient and aligned with
Google's overall business objectives. You will navigate
uncertainty, communicating across different engineering and
business teams, and building a documented track record of scaling
physical infrastructure in a rapidly evolving cloud market. The US

salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn

subject matter expert on data center infrastructure (space, power,
cooling) to support the broader Supply Strategy and Portfolio
Planning (SSP) team. Partner with engineers to translate the
physical implications of next-gen chipsets and AI/ML workloads into
actionable requirements for land, power, and data center assets.
Collaborate with analytics and location strategy leaders to
transform complex technical data into compelling business cases for
long-lead infrastructure and third-party capacity investments.
Present end-to-end technical solutions to executive leadership,
clearly outlining costs, business impacts, and strategic alignment
with Google’s expansion goals. Advocate projects with Energy and
Location Strategy (ELS) teams to identify, evaluate, and quantify
the value of new supply opportunities within the global investment
plan.
