Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and safety-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and systems. Conduct inspections and identify issues or faults in machinery and systems. Diagnose problems, develop solutions, and execute repairs within budget constraints. Utilize technical manuals to guide maintenance operations effectively. Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA 10, E-rail Certified, LOTO trained) and ensure compliance at all times. Generate daily reports detailing maintenance activities and communicate updates to the main office and clients. Requirements Proven experience in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to recommend and implement solutions. Excellent communication skills for reporting and client interaction. Willingness to work in a team environment and independently when necessary. Must be willing to be on call with a 1 hour response time.
