Job Description Job Description This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, ensuring compliance with building codes, and preparing 2D/3D renderings for client presentations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate project documentation, coordinate with construction teams, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities: Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and schematics based on initial concepts and specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs and resolve technical issues. Utilize AutoCAD or Revit to create accurate and precise drawings. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. Maintain and update project documentation, including revisions and modifications. Prepare 2D and 3D renderings to assist in client presentations and design reviews. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure design intent is realized during implementation. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and drafting techniques.
