detail-oriented Accountants to join our team on a long-term
contract basis in Stockton, California. This role involves handling
critical financial operations such as auditing, budgeting, and
maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal
candidates will bring strong analytical skills and a comprehensive
understanding of accounting principles to ensure the accuracy and
efficiency of financial processes. Responsibilities: • Conduct
thorough audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with
regulations. • Prepare and analyze budgets to support
organizational goals. • Manage accounts payable and accounts
receivable to maintain smooth cash flow. • Reconcile balance sheet
accounts and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize accounting software
systems to streamline financial operations. • Collaborate with team
members to implement ERP solutions effectively. • Review and
process financial transactions using tools like ADP and Concur. •
Generate detailed financial reports to support decision-making
processes. • Ensure adherence to financial legislation and
organizational policies. • Provide support for payroll management
tasks as needed. • Proven experience in accounting roles, with
strong knowledge of auditing and budgeting practices. • Proficiency
in accounting software systems and tools such as ADP and Concur. •
Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation. • Solid
understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes. • Ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts
accurately. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention
to detail. • Knowledge of financial legislation and compliance
standards. • Excellent organizational and communication skills for
