Your main priority is to help us enhance our financial performance and operational decision-making. Always attentive to detail, you prepare records, oversee payroll, submit billing documents, file any receipts, oversee HR, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You help oversee all aspects of our banking and provide financial advice as we select our business insurance.Serving as a strategic thought partner, you produce and manage a financial infrastructure focused on sustained growth. Coordinating with external agencies, you manage tax planning, preparation, and reporting. Periodically, you present analyses and reports to our executive management to help drive future decision-making. You take pride in the part you play in the success of our HVAC company!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONTROLLERBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field10+ years of professional accounting experienceExperience managing payrollExperience with Sage IntacctWorking knowledge about banking processes, financial data analysis, compliance reporting, and national and local tax regulationsAre you extremely organized? Do you have strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing? Can you work independently? Are you highly attentive to detail? Can you manage a variety of tasks without letting one fall behind?
