provide direct support to the VP of Accounting and Controller and
conduct the daily transactions of the Accounting Department.JOB

complete, accurate, and up to date financial statements and records
are maintained via account reconciliations and analysisPrepare
draft financials statements for reviewPerform month-end close
duties including, but not limited to, journal entries/recurring
entries, expense allocations, and balance sheet
reconciliationsAnalyze, research and recommend solutions for
resolution to monthly financial variancesImplementation and
modification, as necessary, of accounting policies, procedures, and
internal controls in accordance with GAAPMaintain daily, weekly and
monthly reporting as requiredBilling, Collection & Accounts
ReceivableEnsure completeness and accuracy of billing and cash
receipts/deposits are recorded properly and timelyManage collection
of aged receivables, including weekly status on cash receiptsAssist
in development of billing processes and procedures during
integration of new acquisitionsOBJECTIVES OR GOALS TO MEASURE
PERFORMANCE:Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet
critical deadlinesHighly organized with strong attention to detail
and accuracyAbility to organize and prioritize work and
communicates status with ControllerStrong technical and analytical
skills including knowledge of GAAPStrong Excel skills (pivot
tables, complex formulas, v-lookups, index, match, x-lookups
etc.)Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and

of the companyMINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's
degree in Accountancy or related field and/or equivalent experience
and training5-7 years of Accounting experience with some public
accounting experience preferredCPA license a plusAbility to take
ownership and drive projects/issues to completionExcellent
attention to detail and accuracyStrong planning, organizing, and
problem-solving skillsReliability, dependability and
flexibilityDOJ/FBI Live Scan Background and TB ClearanceStrong
computer skills, including advanced-level proficiency with
Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookKnowledge of standard business
practices and proceduresClear, professional, and effective written
and verbal communication skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL
DEMANDS:Regularly required to be able to sit and view computer
screens for extended periods of timeThe noise intensity level is
moderate to highRequires frequent reaching, handling, sitting,
standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching,
kneeling, running, carrying and lifting 50 or more lbs.Must be able
